So many great options!

I was looking for some abstract vectors for a new design project and Dreamstime delivered! There were so many cool options, I spent ages just browsing. I got a credit pack and downloaded a bunch. The images are fantastic quality and look great in my mockups. I'm definitely going to use them again for my next project!

Easy to find and download images

I signed up for a monthly subscription last week to get some corporate audio and 4k video footage. The registration process was straightforward. I found the assets I needed fairly easily using the search bar, though it took a moment to figure out the best keywords. Downloading was quick, and the quality of both the audio and video was excellent. I even tried their image upscaler on a personal photo and it worked well. Customer support wasn't needed, everything just worked. The interface is clean, making it simple to navigate. I'm happy with this choice for my content needs.

Got some photos for my website

Needed some web design graphics and background textures for my new site. Found a few good ones here. It was pretty easy to sign up and grab a credit pack. The images downloaded fine, and they look good on my site. Not too expensive either, which was a plus. All in all, a decent experience.

Decent service, quick download

I needed a few vector illustrations for a client. The selection on Dreamstime was pretty good, found what I needed quickly. The credit pack made sense for my one-off purchase. Downloads were fast. My only small complaint is that their search filters could be a little more precise, sometimes I had to scroll a bit. Overall, a solid experience and good value.

Thinking of signing up, but which is better: a subscription or credit pack? I'll probably need a bunch of images over time but not a huge, consistent flow.

B Betty Rodriguez 1 week ago
Credits are good if your usage is kinda sporadic. They don't expire for a year, I think. Subscriptions are for when you know you'll download a lot every month.

If it's not super consistent, go for a credit pack. You can just buy more when you need them. Subscriptions are better if you're like a design agency downloading daily.

Anyone know if you can stack promo codes? Got a student discount code but also saw a deal for a free trial. Wondering if I can use both.

A Amber K. 2 weeks ago
Nah, usually only one coupon per transaction. I tried combining a credit pack discount with a seasonal offer once and it wouldn't let me.

Pretty sure they only allow one code at checkout. You'd probably have to pick between the student discount or the free trial for the initial sign-up.

how does Dreamstime stack up against Adobe Stock? I'm already in the Adobe ecosystem so it would be convenient, but price/selection is key.

L Laura Moore 1 month ago
Dreamstime's library is huge, and I find their credit packs can be a bit more flexible sometimes. Adobe Stock is super integrated if you use all their apps though, so that's a plus.

Dreamstime is usually more affordable, especially with their credit packs or first-time user discounts. Selection is comparable, but I often find unique stuff on Dreamstime that isn't on Adobe.

Is Dreamstime legit for commercial use? Need images for a new product launch and don't want any copyright headaches down the road.

S Susan Martin 1 month ago
Yeah, totally. Their standard licenses cover commercial stuff, just make sure you read the terms for whatever image you grab. They also have extended licenses for bigger projects if you need more freedom.

Most of their images are royalty-free, so you're generally good to go for commercial. I've used them for client websites and print materials for years without an issue.
